Who We Are

Our law practice was founded by James Brian Madden and Robert C. Redding in 1977. They were former classmates and graduates of Santa Clara University and worked together as deputy district attorneys at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office prior to founding the firm. Charice Fischer joined Mr. Redding’s family law practice in 2011 and became a partner in 2019.
