Charice Fischer: Your Family Law Advocate

Ms. Fischer has an extensive business, finance, and accounting background that facilitates her ability to analyze complex cases. She spent more than 10 years working with over 70 investment companies, specializing in real estate development and construction in 6 states. Having worked with attorneys to structure and manage these entities, she has gained significant exposure to the practical aspects of business and its intersection with the law.

While attending law school, Ms. Fischer worked in multiple law offices and gained additional experience in civil and family law. She also served as a board member on the Santa Clara Law Review, the Part Time Law Student Association, and the Women and Law Association. While in law school she won various academic and skills-based awards.

Ms. Fischer joined the law practice in 2011. Since then, she has been committed to helping clients achieve the best outcomes possible in their challenging cases. She handles all aspects of divorce, including child custody, child support, spousal support, complex property division, domestic violence, and specialized issues, such as dividing a family business and reimbursement claims. Ms. Fischer is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Family Law. She serves as a volunteer Settlement Attorney for the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Family Law Division, and has spoken at several seminars regarding divorce-related topics.
